Create & Download Multiple Monthly Reviews

Bulk Review is available within NeuroFlow! This ability to select multiple individuals and create their Monthly Reviews will streamline your workflow, save you time in chart preparation for Prescriber review, and give you more oversight into the group Monthly Review preps! As a reminder, Monthly Review notifications will appear with the following: 

• Consent given
• Last visit date within the past 12 months
• Individuals have completed at least one questionnaire that month

Monthly Reviews can be accessed easily within the platform, with functionality to support coding for 99484, give real-time data and overview of individuals to prescribers, and set yourself up for success. 

IMPORTANT: The "Ready for Monthly Review" notification expires at the 30-day mark. Most clinics generate Monthly Reviews every two weeks and download them into their EHR. Please note that not every user will have access to Bulk Review, contact your Organization administrator to help adjust your settings.

 

How to Select & Download Multiple Monthly Reviews at Once

1. From the Care Team Dashboard, filter on "Ready for Monthly Review" in the Notification Category. Select the checkbox above the names to select all of the clients on that page.

2. Select the "Create Review" button that appears in the top bar to download multiple Monthly Reviews at once. 

Select How You Would Like to Download: 

1. Decide how you would like to download Monthly Reviews.

• Option 1: One PDF - will download all of your Monthly Reviews in one file.

• Option 2: Individual PDFs in a zip file - will download each individual's Monthly Review as a separate PDF document in a zip file.

NOTE: Option 2 is recommended if you are uploading individual Monthly Reviews to your EHR.

2. Once you select "Create Review Now," notice the progress bar on the bottom left that will appear. NOTE: You can still use NeuroFlow while the Monthly Reviews are being prepared. 

3. A link will appear on the bottom of your screen once the Monthly Reviews are all prepared. Select "Download ZIP File" or "Download PDF".

4. Open this file to access the Monthly Reviews for the individuals who were selected.

You will also find a cover sheet as a separate document with every bulk download for Monthly Reviews. This cover sheet shows a summary of the individuals who were selected for the Bulk Download (eligibility, review status, etc).
