Statuses

NeuroFlow provides statuses for individuals so you can quickly see how engaged they have been with NeuroFlow. It takes into account the whole patient journey, from being invited to NeuroFlow to Registration and active users.

STATUS	DETAILS
	User has been added, but has not finished his or her registration process. This can usually mean that it's an opportunity to help the user confirm their date of birth and information when downloading the app.
	User has registered, but no activities have been assigned or completed yet.
	User has registered and has at least one exercised assigned AND is not overdue or missing.
	Most recent questionnaire was completed on client’s behalf (i.e. over the phone or in-person).
	User has an activity scheduled that was not completed AND has not done an activity in the past 15 days.
	User has not been active in NeuroFlow in 45 days (not counting mood or sleep activity).
