NeuroFlow will assign various notifications to your notifications to let you know when an individual needs attention.
The Notifications that you can see in the NeuroFlow platform are as follows:

- Urgent - This Urgent notification is triggered by a positive response to question 9 of the PHQ-9: "Thoughts that you would be better off dead or of hurting yourself in some way"*

- At risk - This notification can be triggered by one of the following:
- 1) In the first 30 days after first calculated Severity Score: High Severity Score in comparison to the rest of the NeuroFlow population
- 2) After the initial 30 day period + 3 questionnaires completed: Negative change in an individual’s risk based on an established personal Severity Score baseline
- 3) Indications of possible self-harm flagged through journal Natural Language Processing

- Ready for Monthly Questionnaire - At the start of each month, individuals will be "Ready for Monthly Questionnaire." This is accessible for all roles on the dashboard including "Prescriber, Admin, and Staff." Once the individual has completed the assigned questionnaire(s), this icon will go away and be replaced by "Ready for Monthly Review."

- Ready for Monthly Review - Criteria met for 99484 reimbursements (applicable to IntegrateHealth customers only)
- ***Important: The "Ready for Monthly Review" notification expires at the 30-day mark. Most clinics generate monthly reviews every two weeks and download into their EHR.

- No Account Created - This notification occurs when an individual has not completed the registration on their end to gain access to the NeuroFlow platform. Their status on NeuroFlow will remain as "Pending" until they complete their registration.

- Activity for Review - These notifications notify you when an individual has completed some form of activity with NeuroFlow. If this notification is showing, it indicated that the activities completed have not yet been viewed by platform users.

- PDF Upload Failed - Signifies a monthly review failed to transfer to EMR for integrated customers
