Accessing Questionnaires Through Email Reminders

Individuals will be able to complete a questionnaire directly from their email reminders! 

When individuals receive their email notification reminders, it will contain a button to take them directly to an assessment. After clicking the button, an individual will be taken to their assigned questionnaire without having to log into the platform to complete it. 

If there is any indication of suicidal ideation (question number 9 on the PHQ9), individuals will still receive a support message as well as the ability to access crisis resources.
