Custom Crisis Resources

Crisis Resources are a valuable resource for individuals and are available at all times within the NeuroFlow app. NeuroFlow now offers the option to customize the Crisis Resources that are available for individuals.

NOTE: You must be an admin to access the Organization Tab in Settings. 

Keep in mind that the default resources are set by country and will show up first. These default resources cannot be modified, but any additional text or call resources can be added for individuals in your organization. 

Individuals will then have access to the default resources (listed at the top) and then additional specialized resources right below.  

           

Change the order of Crisis Resources 

Admins can customize the order of resources that show up for an individual. To do so, star the resource on the left side of the screen.

Customize Urgent Resources

Admins can designate certain custom resources to be the first resource an individual sees if they trigger an urgent alert. 

To do so, click the checkbox on the left side of the resource you'd like to designate as urgent, then click 'Set as Urgent Resource'.

A popup will then ask you to confirm the choice you selected: 

Individuals will then have access to key resources (listed at the top) and then additional specialized resources right below.
