How to Turn On NeuroFlow Algorithm for Journals

The Risk Management Slide-Out feature allows you to review any “Urgent” and “At-Risk” alerts for a patient’s shared journal entries. For more info, click here. 

How to Turn On NeuroFlow Algorithm for Journals: 

1. Login to neuroflowlive.com to access the provider dashboard
2. Select Account > Settings & Preferences > Organization > Journals > click the toggle to the right next to "Show alerts for journals if NeuroFlow considers a journal to have risky language"

NOTE: This setting is only accessible to the NeuroFlow Ambassador and/or any user with administrative access.
