Urgent & At Risk Notifications:
It is recommended that your practice has a standard operating procedure for checking in on all Urgent and At-Risk individuals daily as these notifications let you know when an individual needs attention! Only administrators can review and modify Urgent notifications.
If you would like to learn more about Urgent and At Risk Notifications, please visit the Urgent and At Risk support page within the NeuroFlow Knowledge Base.

The Site tab found under Site Settings allows you to modify certain features within the platform including:

Resources:
The Resources tab found under Site Settings allows you to select and organize which crisis resources you'd like to show to the Patients on your site.

Modifying Triggers:
Triggers automatically assign Templates to individuals based on a specific event, such as a change in status or a change in assessment score. This allows automated assigning of activities and removes some manual work for those manual, repetitive assignments. Administrators can modify those triggers and templates.
To learn more about triggers, please visit the Triggers page in the NeuroFlow Knowledge Base.
Reports
Admins have access to running four different organization-wide reports. Those reports are as follows:
• Eligibility Report allows you to track compliance in your patient population and to understand your billing potential by giving you a historical view of individuals who are eligible for monthly reviews. The report can be downloaded in CSV format, providing a standard spreadsheet view of this information. Information in the report includes.
• Organization Report: Snapshot of your organization viewable in a PDF that showcases the following information about the following for the current month
• Registration Report: This feature allows you to track registration rates in your patient population. The report can be downloaded in CSV format, providing a standard spreadsheet view of this information.
• Outcomes Report: provides insight into individual patient outcomes for PHQ-9 and GAD-7 data in CSV format.
• Assessment Data Report: creates a CSV of all assessment responses during a selected period.
