Billing Eligibility Report

You can pull several reports from NeuroFlow, including a Billing Eligibility Report: 

This admin-only feature will allow you to track compliance in your patient population and understand your billing potential by giving you a historical view of individuals who are eligible for monthly reviews. The report can be downloaded in CSV format, providing a standard spreadsheet view of this information:

• Historical view of individuals who were eligible for a monthly review 
• Historical view of individuals who were eligible for billing 
• Historical view of individuals whose Monthly Review was generated 

How To Run the Billing Eligibility Report

1. Once logged into the NeuroFlow platform, the link for the Billing Eligibility Report can be found on the Care Team Dashboard right next to “Content”.

2. Click on the "Reporting" dropdown and select "Billing Eligibility (CSV)" from the drop-down menu. 

3. A pop-up box will appear. Enter the date range you are interested in pulling the report for. Note that it will default to the previous month, but you can adjust the date range for the report. 

• You have the option to choose to add clients who have not taken questionnaires to filter individuals who are just eligible for billing. 
• Once you have chosen the date range, click "CREATE NOW".

4. A CSV file will be generated. Click on “Download CSV” to open the downloaded file from the notification. Don't worry if you miss it! You'll receive an email with this information.

5. Within the CSV file you will have several columns with the following information:

• Name
• DOB: Date of Birth
• Questionnaires: This field will be filled with all questionnaires that have been completed
• Month: The month in which the activities were done
• Year: The year in which the activities were done
• Eligible for Review: Yes or no
• Review Created: Yes or no 
• Review Creation Date: The date the selected Monthly Review was created.
• Review Codes: Billing codes applied in the Monthly Review
  • NEW: If more than one billing code is entered, more than one will be shown on the Eligibility report, separated by commas.  

If the time frame you selected included more than one month, the same patients will appear for each month a monthly review is created.
