- Assessment outcomes across the population of patients
How to Run the Assessment Data Report:
1. Once logged into the NeuroFlow platform, the link for the Assessment Data Report can be found on the Care team dashboard in the Reporting tab.
2. Click on the "Reporting" tab and select "Assessment Data (CSV)" from the drop-down menu.
To generate the report, click on 'Reporting' at the top of the care team dashboard and select 'Assessment Data Report (CSV)'.
3. A menu will then appear giving you the option to create your report with specific parameters:
4. Select one, multiple, or all assessments in the report. Click the toggle if you'd like to include patients that have been deactivated in your report. After you click 'Create Report' you'll receive an email with your Assessment Data Report!
5. A CSV file will be generated. Click “Download CSV” to open the downloaded file from the notification. Don't worry if you miss it! You'll also receive an email with this information. Note: Be sure you are logged in to NeuroFlow when you click the "Download" link.
