You can pull several reports from NeuroFlow, including a Registration Report!
This feature will allow you to track registration rates for individuals invited to NeuroFlow. The report can be downloaded in CSV format, providing a standard spreadsheet view of this information. Information in the report includes:
- Individual demographic information
- Care Team Member
- Invitation Date
- Registration Date
How to Run the Registration Report:
1. Once logged into the NeuroFlow platform, the link for the Registration Report can be found on the Care team dashboard in the Reporting tab.
2. Click on the "Reporting" tab and select "Registration (CSV)" from the drop-down menu.
3. Unselect the 'Show registered Patients only' checkbox to show all individuals who have been added to the platform. This will include those who were or were not invited.
4. To only include registered individuals, keep the 'Show registered Patients only' box checked
5. A CSV file will be generated. Click “Download CSV” to open the downloaded file from the notification. Don't worry if you miss it! You'll also receive an email with this information. Note: Be sure you are logged in to NeuroFlow when you click the "Download" link.
6. Within the CSV file you will have several columns with the following information:
- Last Name
- First Name
- DOB (Date of Birth)
- Gender
- Patient ID
- Prescriber
- Behavioral Health Specialist (and other roles if applicable)
- Account - Registration status of the individual
- Eligible Date - Date the individual was invited to NeuroFlow
- Registration Date - Date the individual registered for NeuroFlow
