Earn Reward Points

NeuroFlow wants to reward individuals for putting in the work to take care of themselves. That's why we created several ways for you to accumulate points daily that you can redeem for a gift card! You can earn up to 1000 points per 30 day rolling period!

 

If you do not see the opportunity to redeem gift cards within the app, this means that the organization you've joined NeuroFlow through has not opted into this functionality. 

How to Earn Reward Points Each Day

 

• Questionnaires: Your provider can assign you various questionnaires to complete. Each completed questionnaire can help you earn 50 points. 

• To Do: In addition to doing surveys assigned to you by your provider, you can also do additional activities and Journeys found in your To Do List. If were invited to NeuroFlow by your provider and you are interested in having more activities assigned, please feel free to ask your provider for more activities to continue your self-improvement and education. These new activities will appear in your To-do list where you are currently earning points.  

*Note: Items self-selected through the Discover tab will not accrue reward points. 

You can access your To Do List by following the below steps:

1. Log in to the NeuroFlow App
2. Click on the "To Do" tab found at the bottom of the page.
3. Click on the activities you would like to complete

   

• Setting up Touch or Face ID - You can earn a one-time reward of 20 points for setting up Touch or Face ID, please go to the How to Setup TouchID: iPhone and Android page.

• Connect Step Data - Another way to earn a one-time reward of 20 points is by syncing your steps to the NeuroFlow app. To sync steps with the NeuroFlow app, please visit the Syncing Steps page. 

• Track Your Mood or Pain - In addition to completing assigned activities, you can earn additional points by setting daily reminders to track mood, sleep, and pain which also helps to increase your awareness and improve your health. To assign yourself daily trackers, please visit the Tracking My Mood, Sleep, and Pain page.

• Completing a Streak - For every day in a row that you complete an activity, you will start to earn 1 point per day for completing that streak. By doing activities every day, you will also earn various Feats!
       

Please note that completing Journeys on the Discover page does not earn points.
