If you're having trouble logging in to your account, there are multiple reasons as to why this may have occurred.
Possible Reasons:
-
You haven't registered yet.
A common mistake is not completing registration before attempting to log in. If you've registered, you've already entered your contact information and date of birth, among other details, and have created your password for the first time. After that, you can log in, which only needs your password and email.
-
You may be using the wrong password.
In this instance, go through the "Forgot Password" link on the login page and reset it. If you need help, check out this support article, I Forgot My Password.
-
You may be using the wrong email or the email may have been entered incorrectly in the system.
If you have multiple emails, it's possible you registered with a different one. To confirm, try going back to the email invitation you received and looking at which email it was sent to. If you received a text, try using the "Forgot Password" link - if we have you in our system, then you'll receive an email.
- If you don't receive an email, check your email with the provider or organization that invited you to NeuroFlow.
- If you don't receive an email, check your email with the provider or organization that invited you to NeuroFlow.
-
Your provider or organization may no longer be using NeuroFlow
If the provider or organization that gave you access stopped using NeuroFlow, you will no longer have access to your account. Individuals will be notified ahead of time if they will be losing access to NeuroFlow via email. Be sure to check your spam if you don't see it in your inbox.
