If you're having trouble registering for a NeuroFlow account, here are a few possible reasons:
Your info may be entered incorrectly

If it says your date of birth (DOB) is incorrect, you'll need to ask your provider to change it for you. We ask for your DOB to make sure we sent the email to the right person. You can find more information about this in our other article, My Birthday is Incorrect.
- If your e-mail is not being accepted, then your account was likely created with a different email. To confirm, check the email you were invited to NeuroFlow with. If you were not invited via email, you can try with any alternative e-mail addresses you have, or contact our technical support team at support@neuroflow.com-we'll be able to check for you there!
- There is also a chance your email was entered incorrectly by your provider. In that case, you can contact support at support@neuroflow.com and we'll be able to correct your information.

You may be on the wrong page

- If you've just downloaded the NeuroFlow app or have just found our webpage, neuroflowlive.com, the first page you'll be taken to is our Login page. Since you have not registered or created a password yet, you must go to the signup page. If you're using a mobile phone, press the words "Sign Up Instead" below the "Log In" button. On our website, select the words "Sign Up" in blue.
- If you already have a registered account, you cannot register again. You'll have to log in to your initial account with your email and password.

You're not receiving emails from us

- If you're expecting an email invitation from us and haven't received it, check your spam folder first.
- If your don't see our email invitation in your inbox or your spam messages, you may be using a different email than the one used to invite you. If you were given access to NeuroFlow by your employer, your work email is likely the associated one. If you've recieved an email invitation, you can check to see which email the invitation was sent to.
You were not given access to NeuroFlow
Our platform works by partnering with organizations to provide them and their customers, members, or employees with our tools. Unfortunately, if you were not invited or given access by an organization, there wouldn't be anyone providing support to you, therefore you won't be able to gain access. We hope you understand.
