Registering for NeuroFlow

NeuroFlow Registration

Has your organization invited you to use NeuroFlow? It’s time to create an account!

To register for NeuroFlow, your provider or organization will need to send you a confirmation code, a link to register, or a QR code.

Text Invitation

If you've received an invitation through text, you'll see a link to download the app from your phone's app store, and the confirmation code you'll need to use once you've downloaded the NeuroFlow app.

Keep in mind, the app may ask you for an invite code; this is the same as a confirmation code.

If you'd rather use your computer than your mobile phone, you can head to neuroflowlive.com where we host our web version of NeuroFlow. Check that you're on the Sign Up page, and enter your confirmation code there.

Email Invitation

If you've received an email invitation, you'll be given the same information as in the text. In the email, the "Get Started" button will lead you to download the app if you are on a mobile phone.

1. Open the app by clicking the NeuroFlow icon on your smartphone
2. Click the Get Started button, then click Sign Up and your confirmation code will be pre-loaded for you. You will then be asked to enter an email and password.
3. In the case that the confirmation code does not pre-load, you will be asked to enter the invite code you received via text or email.

     

If you're opening your email from your computer, the button will take you to register on our web version at neuroflowlive.com. From there, you can press Sign up and enter your invite code.

Registering via QR Code:

You can also register for NeuroFlow if you've been given a QR code by your provider or organization.

1. Open your camera app on your smartphone and point it at the QR code*: 

     

*Note, each QR code is specific to your provider or organization

2. Follow the above popup to download the NeuroFlow App onto your smartphone

3. Follow the steps earlier in the article to register and get started with NeuroFlow!
