How Do I Reset My Password? 

If you forget your password, you can reset it with the "Forgot password?" link. Here are the steps for both the web and the mobile version: follow the prompt and enter your email. This will allow you to send a link to your email to reset it. 

Resetting Your Password on a Mobile Phone

1) Click “Forgot password?” under the login fields

2) There are 2 ways to recover your password:

1. • Enter your phone number in the "Your Mobile Number " field and click "Text reset link"
   • Enter your email in the “Your Email Address” field and click “Email reset link

3) You should receive a text/email with a link to reset, which will take you to a page in your browser prompting you to open NeuroFlow or to go to NeuroFlow on the App Store. Click "Open."

4) 3-5 seconds after the app opens up, a pop-up will appear and ask you for your date of birth before allowing you to enter a new password.

Resetting Your Password on a Web Page

1) Click “Forgot password?” under the login fields.

2) Enter your email in the "Your Email" field and press the "Send reset email" button.

3) After a few minutes, you'll receive an email to reset your password. Please note, the password reset email will expire after 10 minutes.

4) Open the email, press the "Reset Password" button, and enter your date of birth when you are prompted.

5) After you press "Next," you can set your new password!
