How to Clear At Risk Alerts

How to Clear At Risk Alerts:

1. Click on the At Risk alert on the care team dashboard. A slide-out with information about the alert will pop up. 

2. On the top right, next to "At Risk", click on 'Clear Alert'

3. A pop-up screen will appear confirming that the alert has now been cleared.
