Adding Custom Activities

Every organization has go-to resources for individuals. For example, your organization might have an educational video on YouTube or you want to add a welcome message, all of which can be added and assigned to individuals through NeuroFlow.

NeuroFlow lets you add custom activities to templates. The following are custom activities that you can upload and assign to individuals:

Available
• YouTube Videos
• PDFs
• Medication Reminders

Not Available
• Custom Audio Guides (MP4s) 

YouTube Videos

Option 1: Access videos from NeuroFlow's video library

Option 2: Copy and paste the URL of a video to the "Video Link (required)" field

PDFs

If you would like to assign an article or specific reading content for individuals, you can upload a PDF file of that content directly from your desktop by clicking "BROWSE FILES."

Medication Reminders

If you would like to set up medication reminders for individuals that can be done by setting the date and adding relevant information for medication.

Custom Audio Guides

Adding custom audio guides is not available, but you can select from NeuroFlow's Audio Guide Library by clicking on the "Audio Selection (required)" field.
