What Is a Confirmation Code, and Where Do I Find Mine?

A confirmation code (also known as an invite code), is a unique code you can use to register and create your NeuroFlow account. NeuroFlow is intended to be a connection between you and a third party such as your doctor, therapist, insurance manager, etc - so you'll be given the confirmation code by that third party.

Where do I use my Confirmation Code?

After you've found your confirmation code, you can head to the Sign Up page on our website, neuroflowlive.com, or download the NeuroFlow app and head to the Sign Up page there. For more information about how to register, check out our article, Registering for NeuroFlow.

If you're having trouble with your confirmation code and can't register, contact your provider or organization's office to make sure your information is correct.

NOTE: If you have already registered for an account at your provider's office, you no longer need the confirmation code. You can log in with your email and the password you created. 

HOT TIP 🔥 : Once you're signed in, you can select the box for "Remember me" so that you are not required to sign in every time you want to use the NeuroFlow app!
