Bulk actions on the Care Team Dashboard allow you to modify groups of individuals of your choosing. Simply click the checkbox next to an individual to modify their profile. Additionally, you can select all clients by using the checkbox at the top left of the list. A dropdown will appear at the top left to give you the choice to select all clients on a page or all clients.
NOTE: These checkboxes replace the former "kebab" (three vertical dots to the left of each name) for single-client actions such as editing client information or editing notes.
Here are some actions you may take when selecting multiple clients at once:
- Bulk clear notifications - if you'd like to remove all notifications from a specific set of individuals (or all individuals), you can do so by checking their rows and clicking "Clear Notification(s)."
- Bulk assign Care Manager- If you would like to assign/reassign a provider to multiple individuals at once.
- Bulk delete - you can delete multiple individuals from your list by choosing the "Delete" option under "More"
- Bulk assign - you can assign activities to multiple individuals of your choice
- Bulk Do Questionnaire - you can assign in-house questionnaires to multiple individuals of your choice. To learn more about completing in-house questionnaires, please click on this link.
NOTE: You can either select an entire page at a time or select all clients.
Please NOTE: Only one provider or admin per organization can perform a bulk action at a time. If you attempt to assign activities to patients in bulk while another bulk action is in progress, you will receive an error.
