We love helping organizations save time by reducing manual work and streamlining workflows. One way to do that is through Advanced search, which gives you the ability to find multiple clients/patients at once. One way to use Advanced search is to search for specific clients/patients that may have upcoming appointments and download their Monthly Reviews.
How To Search For Clients/Patients Using Advanced Search
1. Format your list of clients/patients accordingly.
2. Log in to the NeuroFlow platform. On the Patient Dashboard, click the drop-down menu next to the search bar and select "Advanced search".
3. Copy and paste your list into the search bar and press the Enter button on your keyboard.
You can either search by first and last name or by the patients' ID numbers. If you do choose to search by name, you can put the name in any order, but they should not be separated by a comma.
4. After you press "Search," you'll see how many of the patients were valid and were found in the dashboard. If any searches were invalid, you'll see an error message.
You can press "Review Errors" to look further into the reason for the outcome and make adjustments as needed.
You can select the dropdown from the successful searches to confirm that they are the correct patients.
5. Once you press the "Select" button, you'll see the patients you've selected at the top of the dashboard! If you don't see this happening immediately, press the arrows near the "# selected" field at the top of the dashboard.
6. Once those names are selected, you can do several bulk tasks, including sending them assessments, assigning them activities, or creating a Monthly Review.
