For users who use an EHR in tandem with NeuroFlow, we're excited to announce we've enhanced our EHR writeback system to provide more specific status information!
Previously, the messages from NeuroFlow to the EHR system would provide very limited status information to the providers receiving them. With this update, healthcare providers will be able to better understand the specific state of their patients' engagement with NeuroFlow's services
Status categories
The statuses are divided into 3 distinct areas:

Account status: The status of the patient's account. The account statuses are:
Not Invited
Pending
Registered
Suspended
Patient status: The patient's status within NeuroFlow. Patient statuses are defined within NeuroFlow's guidelines, which can be found within our article, Patient Statuses.
Last activity: The patient's recent engagement data
