If you're going through NeuroFlow's registration process, you might run into an error like this, saying your date of birth is incorrect:

You might think, "I know my own birthday!" Don't worry- if the error message is telling you that your date of birth (DOB) is incorrect, it means that the provider or organization that gave you access to NeuroFlow entered it incorrectly when adding you to their platform. We're all human, accidents happen!

How to Fix It

The quickest solution to this is to contact your provider's or organization's office and have them change it for you. Once this is complete, you will be able to register. If you were given access to NeuroFlow by a military-based organization, contact support at [e-mail] for a DOB change.
