In-Person Registration
Individuals can be registered for NeuroFlow in person by utilizing a confirmation code for the mobile app or through email. We recommend a few different methods:
• Option 1: Send the individual a text message with an app download link - When you add the individual to the Care Team Dashboard under "Add New Client", there is an option to send them a text message to download the app. This will also send them the confirmation code, but NeuroFlow will automatically put the code into the app for the individual via the download link.
• Option 2: If the individual doesn't have a smartphone or access to the app - In this case, they can register through an email automatically sent to them by NeuroFlow when you add them to the platform. This will take the individual to the web version of the platform.
NOTE: Make sure that you enter the individual's email AND date of birth correctly! We do not ask individuals to confirm their emails, and they can still register on the app without entering their correct email. Going forward, it could keep them from logging in again.
