Individuals may be added to NeuroFlow prior to their first appointment with a care provider. Final consent to use NeuroFlow and invitations to the platform may be sent later.
How to Add an Individual (without an invitation)
1. While viewing the Care Team Dashboard, click "+ Add Patient"
2. Enter individual information into the new individual form. When entering individual contact info, deselect the Text and Email invite toggles. As a reminder, when the toggles are deselected, the system will display a notice that invitations will not be sent at this time.
There are two ways to verify that an individual has been added to the system without an invitation.
1. You can use the filter button to identify which individuals have never been invited to NeuroFlow. Click the filter button, navigate to the Account tab, and check the Not Invited box.
2. Account Status: Using the dropdown arrow on any individual within the care team dashboard, you can see the account status (ex. Not Invited) for the selected individual.
When you want to invite the individual, click the icon under the Notifications column and send invites via email, text or both.
NOTE: Consent is required to send invites via text message.
