If an individual reaches out and needs help resetting their password, it's easy to accomplish this through the Care Team Dashboard.
Resetting an Individuals Password
1. Click the individual whose password you'd like to reset
2. Click on the 'More' button next to the 3 dots, and then click 'Reset Password'
3. Confirm that you want to reset the individual's password by clicking the 'Yes, reset now' button.
After confirmation, an email will be sent to the individual with a link to reset their password for NeuroFlow.
