A new trigger, Loneliness Content, is now available on NeuroFlow!
As we continue to adapt and adjust in the midst of COVID-19, we know that an individual's health is top of mind. The Loneliness Content trigger is a way for NeuroFlow platform users to check in with individuals and make sure they’re doing okay during these uncertain times based on how an individual responds to the Loneliness Assessment (UCLA-3).
Triggers automatically assign templates to individuals based on a specific event, such as a change in status or a change in assessment score. This allows automated assigning of activities and removes some manual work for those manual, repetitive assignments.
For more information about Triggers in general, please view our Triggers Article.
When is the Loneliness Content Trigger Activated?
This trigger is activated when an individual receives a UCLA-3 and has a score greater than or equal to lonely. They will then be assigned specific clinical content from our "Final: Loneliness 101" Template.
