You can now set sleep goals for yourself in NeuroFlow! SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) are a key component of behavioral change, and you can now set goals for the behaviors that you're currently tracking in NeuroFlow.
How to Set a Goal
1. On the home screen, under the "Goals For You" section, you'll be prompted to set a sleep tracking goal.
2. Set your sleep tracking goal
3. You'll be able to track your goal through the home screen

How to Edit a Goal
After setting a goal, you have the option to edit your goal or remove it from the Home screen if you would like to opt out.
1. Select "Edit"
2. You can decide if you'd like to adjust your goal or remove the goal

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ):
• How will my sleep goal be tracked? Do I need to manually track it?
Nope! When you complete a sleep tracker your goal will be automatically tracked and counted for you.
• Do goals contribute to streaks?
Yes, any tracker completed from a Goal should be marked as completing an activity, which should count towards your streak of doing at least 1 activity per day.
• Can I earn reward points for completing a sleep goal?
Currently, you cannot earn reward points for completing a goal successfully. That may change as we continue to roll out new features.
