🚀 Major Features & Enhancements
Expanded Clinical Assessments Library
CRAFFT 2.1 Screening Assessment: New adolescent substance use screening tool now available in the assessment library. The CRAFFT (Car, Relax, Alone, Forget, Friends, Trouble) Questionnaire v2.1 provides a 9-item screening test for substance use problems in adolescents covering the past 12 months. This evidence-based screening tool includes 3 pre-screening questions (Part A) about past-year substance use, enabling early intervention and patient-centered counseling as part of universal screening efforts in medical and community health settings.
BASE-6 Weekly Assessment: New patient-reported outcome measure (PROM) added to assessment library for tracking general psychological adjustment. The Brief Adjustment Scale-6 (Weekly Version) assesses subjective distress and ability to function in daily life, designed as a shorter alternative to the Outcome Questionnaire-45 (OQ-45.2). This tool is specifically optimized for routine outcome monitoring in clinical workflows, enabling more frequent progress tracking with reduced patient burden.
Billing & Documentation Enhancements
Retroactive Monthly Review Notification: Improved monthly review alert handling when CoCM program start dates are backdated to previous months. The system now automatically generates monthly review alerts for previous months when program dates are changed retroactively, ensuring providers can complete billing documentation for backdated programs without requiring manual developer intervention to re-fire notifications.
Clinical Workflow Improvements
Real-Time Urgent Alert Notifications: Enhanced urgent alert monitoring with automatic refresh functionality in the Manage interface. Clinical staff no longer need to manually refresh the dashboard to detect urgent patient alerts. When an urgent alert is triggered at any site where the user has access, a banner notification appears immediately below the navigation bar with a direct link to view patient detail with urgent alerts, enabling faster triage and improved patient safety response times.
Please note:
All clinical staff that have access to the patient will see the alert.
You must click the x next to View or click on the view link to remove the alert.
The alert may clear if you refresh the page, you can still go to Patients and use the Notification filters to find all patients with urgent and at-risk alerts.
It is best practice to clear alerts after they have been acknowledge and follow any internal documentation requirements your company has set in place.
