Enrollment & Onboarding
Custom Organization Field Labels: Organizations can now customize the labels shown on the enrollment page for the "Organization" and "Site" fields, so the language matches the terminology their members actually use. This makes self-sign-up clearer and less confusing for new members. Contact your Account Manager to make use of these fields.
Assessment Library
WAI-SR (Working Alliance Inventory – Short Revised): The WAI-SR is a 12-item self-report measure of therapy alliance that helps assess the client's perceived quality of their therapeutic relationship with the therapist across key alliance factors. It supports monitoring of therapy engagement, treatment progress, and outcomes.
BAM-7 (Brief Addiction Monitor – 7 Day Version): A 17-item tool for monitoring treatment factors in adults with substance use disorders. Supports measurement-based care by assessing relapse risk, substance use severity, and protective recovery factors.
ACES-Q (Adverse Childhood Experiences Questionnaire): A 10-item adult self-report screening measure that retrospectively assesses childhood abuse and household dysfunction experienced prior to age 18.

Assessment Results Display
Graph Fallback for Non-Scored Assessments: For assessments that don't produce a numeric score or trend line (for example, one-time or narrative-style assessments), the results view will show an alternative to a graph so clinicians always see something useful and interpretable.
Clinical Documentation
Note Autosave: Clinician notes now save automatically as drafts every 5 minutes during a session. If a session times out mid-entry, clinicians can pick back up right where they left off instead of losing their documentation.
New Clinical Assessments
Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ) Suite: A full set of new SDQ assessments is coming — self-report and parent-report versions, covering Baseline and Follow-Up administrations across ages 2-4, 4-10, and 11-17 — to support broader screening and ongoing monitoring of emotional and behavioral difficulties in youth.
VADTRS (Vanderbilt ADHD Diagnostic Teacher Rating Scale): A new teacher-reported assessment will support ADHD diagnostic evaluations for youth, used alongside the parent-report version for a fuller clinical picture.
MSSI-SR-R (Modified Scale for Suicidal Ideation Self-Report-Revised): An 18-item self-report measure for ongoing monitoring of suicidal ideation severity, intended for higher-risk populations and higher levels of care.
C-SSRS Screener Self-Report Suite: Two new Columbia-Suicide Severity Rating Scale screeners — a self-report screener and a "since last visit" version — will support initial and ongoing monitoring of suicide risk for ages 6 and up, guiding referral and level-of-care decisions.
