🚀 Major Features & Enhancements
Enhanced Assessment Capabilities
SMFQ-C Assessment (Short Mood and Feelings Questionnaire - Child): The assessment library now includes SMFQ-C, a validated 13-item screening instrument for childhood and adolescent depression developed by Angold and Costello. The questionnaire uses a three-point rating scale assessing symptoms over the past two weeks, covering affective, cognitive, vegetative, and suicidal aspects of depression. While not diagnostic, SMFQ-C serves as an effective screening tool for situations where depression is suspected and helps track symptom severity and treatment response over time in pediatric populations.
ISAS-S PROGRESS Assessment (Inventory of Statements About Self-Injury - Supplemental): The assessment library now includes ISAS-S PROGRESS, a specialized self-report measure for tracking non-suicidal self-injury (NSSI) occurrences over the past month. Modified from the original ISAS to enable follow-up evaluation, this instrument assesses 12 distinct NSSI behaviors with numerical frequency reporting, providing a method for monitoring change over time. The ISAS-S focuses specifically on recent behavior frequency rather than lifetime history or underlying functions, making it ideal for ongoing progress monitoring in treatment settings.
Patient Management & Workflow Tools
Enhanced Urgent Alert Navigation: Urgent alert notifications now provide more direct navigation to patient information. When a new urgent alert triggers, the notification message displays the specific patient's name and redirects providers directly to that patient's detail page. This change helps providers quickly identify whether the alert concerns a patient under their care and access relevant patient information immediately without additional navigation steps.
