You can request your account be deactivated by logging into the Onward app and clicking profile (the person icon top right) then scroll down to Accounts>Delete Account> and click Request Account Deletion. This sends a request to support to deactivate your account and you will get an email response advising the account has been deactivated.
What happens when I request deactivation(deletion)
- An email is automatically sent to NeuroFlow Support asking for your account to be deactivated.
- Your account will be deactivated.
- You will no longer be able to log in and will no longer receive messages from NeuroFlow(please allow 48 hours for any queued messages to process)
- Your provider will still have access to your data history.
