Absolutely. NeuroFlow’s HITRUST certification demonstrates a commitment to HIPAA compliance by implementing multiple information security and privacy regulations, frameworks, and best practices relevant to healthcare. In addition, the globally recognized SOC 2 attestation, ensures that our technology, people, and processes protect clients from data breaches and cyberattacks.

The HIPAA Privacy Rule provides additional guidelines for the use and disclosure of electronic personal health information (“ePHI”). NeuroFlow strives to comply with the HIPAA Privacy Rule by training our employees on the proper handling of secure information, protecting and authenticating ePHI in our encrypted server, and conveying ePHI to users when instructed by providers.

Account Deletion

If you want to delete your NeuroFlow account, please contact [e-mail] with the subject "Deactivate my Account" with the email associated with your account. Once the deactivation is completed, you will receive another email from us confirming so.

Remember, NeuroFlow is only available for you by being invited by your provider (doctor or therapist), or given access through your organization.
